electricity is attracted to earth , thats why it strikes down , and it can get to the ground faster if it goes through a conductor eg a metal pole or in the case water (every one knows humans are somthing like 75% water) but his boots where blocking the way to the ground , because they were insulating his feet , so the lightning took the next best route ,through his penis , POOR BARSTARD ,hell never pee the same again....
