Gloucester Park 21/08/07 thread

Many people have raised concerns with me about the "Gloucester Park 21/08/07" thread's content.

I don't have the time at the moment to go over the thread, so for the time being it has been moved to an admin-only area until I get a chance to have a better look through it.
