Sure that ambulance is SJA? No SJA markings on it at all. Just the generic ones Paull and Warner do. Thought someone like WA country health service would cover that area.

There are 160 St John Ambulance locations operating in country WA stretching from Christmas Island to Albany, Esperance, Eucla and Wyndham.

Would be some sort of Commonwealth funded arrangement through WA agencies.

Definitely run by SJA Vollies. The Hospital is run by Indian Ocean Territories Health Service IOTHS. The Hospital is home to this (the rapid response unit) & a far larger bodied Intensive Care Unit.

There you go. Just a bit weird it doesn't have any SJA markings.
