Wilson Scrub Fire [ 17/1/2010? ]

G'day all

Just found heaps of my old missing photos from a Scrub Fire in Wilson back in 2010. Wow it seems so long ago. I thought they were gone for ever, lost in a old hard drive, but my imac discovered them. I was brought to this incident after using the 'Streaming FESA scanner radio' which I discovered on this forum. I'm not sure of the all the appliances at this incident, but i know Helitac's 668 and 669, and later followed by 681 were involved. Helitac 668 only dumped water onto the fire a few times which makes me conclude that it was operating as an Air Attack chopper. The fire wasn't huge, but was in inaccessible scrub and wetlands.
