I would say those clear lights beside the brake/indicator lights would be the reversing lights

I think he's talking about the ones next to the bottom set of brake lights (although they look more like number plate lights).

But the ones near the brake lights [which are eluminated] are reversing lights and not anything to do with the number plate. The ones in the middle of the truck are the LED lights that are eluminated when the emergency lights are actived. Bottom is RED top are BLUE

My apologies, I meant the brake/indicator lights closest to the ground.
