Those are the LED Lights that flash Red / Blue when activated.

Doesn't really ask, specifically 'where' he is on about so we do not know.

But the ones near the brake lights [which are eluminated] are reversing lights and not anything to do with the number plate. The ones in the middle of the truck are the LED lights that are eluminated when the emergency lights are actived. Bottom is RED top are BLUE
