Not quite. Every year for the past couple of years the City of Canning put on a day to remember on the Shelly Foreshore. It usually starts around 2ish with bands & entertainment. Come to 8pm there is a fireworks display.AO11912 wrote:SJANT wrote:Looks like alot going on at the foreshore. Care to enlighten those who aren't in the state as to what was going on?

Its a great evening for the residents and its something that City of Canning does to put something back into the community.

Ah yes I remember the Shelley Foreshore fireworks when I was back living in Perth. Very family orientated event and VFAS used to cover it. Nothing really that huge just a nice local community event.
