Reading the number plate I would say WA

Ex Queensland I, otherwise SA. That number plate is far newer than the truck.
Mid mount pump is a dead giveaway.

Was this at Fire Rescue Safety Australia? They have a few, mainly supplied to mines for on site emergency teams.

Its Ex Queensland , ended its active life at the academy , I have some pics of it at Varley when it was done up.

I have finished photos some place also but cant find them, this was one of 2 trucks that went over restored I believe.
