Some of you guys may have an interest in this.
Over the past couple of months I've been a consultant for Halcyonair, a small regional airline out of Cape Verde an Island of West Africa.
Halcyonair is modeled around the bird 'Halcyon' which is a genus of the tree kingfishers, near passerine birds in the family Halcyonidae. The bird Halcyon species is resident in sub-Saharan Africa
The plan was to introduce another turboprop into their fleet capable of doing flights to neighbour countries. We studied several different models from ATR42-320/500 and ATR72 models and finally selected a ATR42-500. On the 23rd of August the aircraft finally arrived in Cape Verde. It is expected to take its first flight to Senegal within two weeks.
Here are a few shots in a rather Wet and Windy Sal. More to come if anyone is interested?
Tail, showing the logo of the bird with its Ferry Flight Rego.

Nice shots w_f,
The ATRs are quite nice aircraft in general, the company made a good choice.

Hardly small! It's a 44 seater aircraft and will be used on RPT sectors.

I think he's referring to the speed of the Halcyonair rather than your planes.
