Saw this silver paddy wagon for the first time today, parked outside the Office of Information Management on Hay Street in the city. Does anyone know if it will be given stickers and lights? Is it a trial vehicle? Attached to a metro station?

I think it may be an AFP vehicle. They do have a few unmarked sedans and wagons (not 100% sure though).
