WF - just to help - that is certainly no Ambulance.
It's only a First Aid vehicle, and is certainly not registered as an "Emergency Vehicle"
I am not starting another debate about it - but just an FYI....

I have seen a Deco F100 about, still has the sub center name on the side, that was the first thing we pulled off
