I watched a documentary whilst in Macau about this water boat, the specifications and abilities are amazing.

Hong Kong Ambulance comes under the "Fire Services"

Primary used for transportation of 'non life' threatning patients i.e hospital visits. But can be used for life threatning transport aswell.

The tone, sounds awfully similar to the English Yelp.
