Very nice! Where do they swap the bogies these days now that the Midland workshops are closed?

But how do they get them there? I'm assuming the railcars are transported across the Nullabor on standard gauge bogies, but the line to Nowergup is narrow gauge.

They cant get to Nowergup on Standard Gauge Bogies

They get their Bogies fitted in the Midland workshop

Yeah, I was under the impression that the rail areas of Midland were a museum town. Today I learned!

They hide them in there until they are ready and required for use.

Once the bogies are fitted and some cosmetic work, they get haled to Claisbrook

I believe midland workshops is on its last few months as the last of the B sets come through. the workshops are becoming a part of the medical facility.
