Yeah they are the campus security cars - latest addition to Curtin Uni's security (my old work place - not security) - Their lightbar is all led and in yellow...

No matter how small these cars are - check the photos on the number of dents and scratches it has already.

Wow, they must go thru a new paint scheme and vehicle model every few years. I remember they used to drive Rav4s with the huge "Security" lettering splashed across the back end or the older green livery. They also only used an amber lightbar which could only flash together with the hazards on.

A very nice LED lightbar... Does it all flash amber or are there flood/search lights incorporated as well?

Well I was working at Curtin for 4 years and do remember the old and banged up Rav4's...

So yeah certainly a new look now, but they still manage to damage them either way lol...

Saw one of these Curtin vehicles from a distance with a strange box on the roof, looked like a multi-directional camera or spotlight setup ??

I agree the colour scheme is Ugly, but saying that they are really good cars and are practicle in what they use them for.

Look at Vincint they use a Getz as a parking enforcement car!

Murdoch Uni has a similar set up, I saw one of their cars last week and had to have a double take as I thought it was FESA.

Correct Nacho and they have more than one of the type above in the photo, last time i saw the lightbar in action i thought it was yellow and white lights

The security vehicles now have flashing red and white in addition to amber. The Red/White combination seems a bit unusual for P2 status. Seen speeding around the carparks last week...
