Kununoppin RFDS strip

On a recent trip to check on my House in Mukinbudin, i stopped in at the Kununoppin Airstrip and took some pictures

Looking West down the runway

The transfer Shed, back the Ambulance in the front door, for a undercover Stretcher transfer

Looking at the Apron / turn around area

This Strip is the only Night landing Strip in the Kununoppin and districts Area, which extends north to Beacon

Very interesting. Out here we just transfer on the tarmac, not in the hangers or anything.

Merredin and Albany have transfer sheds. I think Kojonup does too.
