Any chances of any one scoring photos of the new Scania Heavy Pump (I know Basso are the recent ones to obtain one of these big ass toys) and also the MP Heavy Recue appliance

i have a pic of the new MP77 ass end at the workshops..

there's also a new cab chassis waiting for a body to be put on it

They are replacing all the Heavy pump scanias some of which are over 15 yrs old and then they will replace the medium pumps of which some of them are over 15 years old as well.

com'on guys don't need a history lesson on why they are FINALLY updating these appliances. Just need someone to put some photos up!!

it also has the indentification numbers in black not white on the front of the cab,a little bit bigger too.

Yeah, we had a good look through with the Butler D crew after we did training with them on the weekend... apparently its the training vehicle, spending time there while they all get passed out on the new equipment.

- inc the Halmatro Duel Core hydraulic rescue gear (sweet)

I also went to Butler station recently, i cant believe where they positioned it :shock:

You'd laugh if you saw where Hope Valley station is.Looks like its in the middle of a ghost town with nothing for miles.

They must've changed the id numbers on the cab.I could've swarn they were black.

The pics i put up recently of the Osborne Park MP and SET (in this thread http://warsug.info/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=4313 ) have the id numbers in black on the front doors.

a_e I think you're referring to the selcall number while chrissss is referring to the fleet number.
