Const: "Its a beautiful sunset sarge! I think I might set up the outdoor setting alfresco style on this painted imitation median strip here and take in the ambiance of it all."
Sarge: "Good work constable. I shall check what we've got in the refrigerator and make sure I arrange for a bin to be positioned as to allow easy access for those seated."
Const: "Very well sarge. I expect I had better position some traffic cones to improve bus egress in case the traffic picks up later after the band has started."

Yeah looks right that'd also be on the way home too...provided he was driving. Midland tafe if my memory serves me correctly doesn't have dual lane traffic out the front.

East Perth train terminal has double white lines outside I thought...may be wrong though, will see when I drive in to work tomorrow. Low down sign in Pic 3 looks more like a Tafe sign.

You're all just saying the same thing.

It is outside Mt Lawley TAFE, on Lord St, and as I said, a couple of hundred metres from the Walcott St intersection. The sign in the background would be for the East Perth train station, this is not the part you see when driving past on East Pde, but the other side. I know it very well, and haven't even lived in Perth for 2 years. Oh, and the street on the other side pretty much takes you up to the Queens, mmm...
