took some pics when i went to gold coast last week the first few are off a 2mp phone the rest off a cannon ixus70
surfers pump.im not sure if thats what they call it but its what i do.

some form of heavy pump on a strange cab chassis i didnt take the photo so not 100% sure what
i saw a clp with a bronto skylift at surfers as well but didnt manage to get a pic they also had a strange hrt yellow bus thing that looked like a hazmat vehicle
i also have a video of the pump turning out to a dba at mariot hotel from when i was taking the phone pictures but dont know how to load the vid without puting it on youtube.

i like the look of there scania too.notice the light bar,the light in between the 2 blues is clear but when lit its red:S
my brother also said he saw an icv of some sort but not sure what it was,they have some awesome police cars ther most of em have custom plates,ie heat1,heat2 etc

That would be the Magirus , similar to Perths only older.

Its another Scania (older) Surfers are due for Australia's largest Ladder Platform very soon it is currently being built.

Perth uses Bronto skylifts on scanai cab chassis now not a magirus. They are known as CLP 1 & 2 ( combined ladder platform )
TTL if it is still around would be at workshops as a spare. Still listed on FESA website though
CLP 1 is based at perth city station and CLP 2 at fremantle station.

Guys, TTL3 is the spare aerial appliance. It is still around, and I believe had a major overhaul in the last few years, so will likely be around for a while. It has been in service at Perth in the past week, as the CLP must be off getting serviced or repaired.
