Saw this car near the city the other day. I assumed it was WAPol, but somewhat out of the ordinary;
a, has hubcaps on
b, as well as the three antennas across the top of the windscreen, there were 2 additional antennas located on the rear side windows
c, as well as the deckblaster at the front, it had three sets of small red/blue LEDs in the rear and rear side windows.
d, standard roof racks and tow ball?
e, fine mesh cage/cargo barrier
Any suggestions??

Hi all,
Its not unusual from my POV. I drive in the city a fair bit and see plenty of unmarked cars during the weekdays. Even seen a VY Exec with mag wheels! Definitely covert!!
Hupcaps are becoming the norm on unmarked cars to make them less distinguishable... Just look closely behind the hubcaps and most of the time you will still notice the silver painted steelies behind.
I've seen CD cars with 4 antennas - 2x digital CAD, 1x digital UHF, 1x analogue UHF or mobile phone.
I've also noticed unmarked traffic cars fitted with more array of LED red/blues and they tend not to put on the roof beacon anymore.
I've yet to see an unmarked AFP vehicle, but would assume they look almost identical to WAPOL. The red AFP cars get around quite abit tho!

is the pope catholic? common ive seen Jaffa orange SS commodores with orange flashing light pulling people up(no it wasnt the indicators either). it doesnt get much more covert than that (although it does ). Just look at the TV show The Force and see the array of vehicles they use. You wont know what is covert till your nicked.
