This thing is a tank!
Saw this on the news a few months back, however haven't been able to get any shots of it in action at the airport due to their photography rules
Found a page on the Rosenbauer site detailing info on the vehicles (apparantly these are now in use at most of the major airports in Australia).

When I last asked about taking photos at the airport, this page was pointed out.Tom wrote:What are the photography rules at the airport your talking about?
I'm a member of AEGWA and never had a problem, we all got issued with I.D. cards in 2004.
If something has changed, or if there's a way to get issued with an ID Card (if it means joining AEGWA, then so be it!), then I'm all ears
Cheers,
-B.
I think the AEGWA photography permit card was just a one off thing. I'm know that we had to provide details and were assessed.
I think you'll find that link you've included is only applicable to commercial/business filming and photography.
I'd be very suprised if they could stop you taking pics at the airport if you were behind the fence-lines.
The only airport in the world that prohibits photography is CDG in France and then you can apply for a permit to get around it.
