No call sign on it i see either would be better if it had smaller LED lightbar (like sja) and also the highway patrol markings on it.

Is it a gd or traffic car ?

Not for traffic at this stage, general duties only. Maybe the ROG/Gang Crime markings would look better.

I assume you mean TE209, I saw TE210 today, and I'm quite certain it was a silver HWP Orange stripes the lot with Vector light bar.
