Yeah a couple of coppers, it's do with trying to establish a 'uniform' system of Police cars across England and enhance visibilty, hence most cop cars look the same.
Due to the weather being so shite and dull over there the brighter the better.
Will dig up some SJA shots and post in relevant section when time permits.

There really isnt much difference to an SLR! I have a 350D + Lens that cost me $2000 and thats only 8mp. I doubt many people will see the difference in shots.
