The non sworn members used to be known as sheriff pilots , they are pilots who have qualified to now be a traffic warden , I was told by a pilot that any traffic escort in a Nissan patrol is a warden not a sworn member , I have been out a fair bit of late and see a lot of these as well as a territory and commodore wagons and standard cars.
