the guy in the vest and thongs is a WAPOL officer who was off duty and on the train at the time.....

I thought it was an offence to wear any Official police uniform if your not a serving officer/member? would have thought if he was a civ they would turn it inside out, so other bystanders didnt come to him for assistance/information.

read the 2 posts above...he is a serving officer.

I did, I was just saying that if he wasnt an officer, I would think he wouldnt be wearing the uniform...
