Confirming the two Albany based waterbombers (601 & 602) are not at Albany airport. As I drove by I got a glimpse of Air Intel (?) 611 at the airport but by the time I got back there (~30 mins later) it had gone.

There's still 4 Bombers parked up @ Bremer Bay Airstrip, joined by another small DEC aircraft today (so 6 in total).

Not sure Air Intel would come this far out.. it's a FESA contracted aircraft staffed by FESA Firefighters not DEC/CALM.

There's alot of Helicopters Australia aircraft that get used by FESA and DEC at various times, so could have been any one of those..

Definately had a red stripe through the midst of a white body. Looked identical to 611 although didn't see the callsign.

cheers fastlane,there was a link about the fire in todays paper,also i heard from millsy that serpy ha sanew 3.4u!they got both new appliances in a couple of months.

I believe most of the Helicopters Australia aircraft (bar the Helitacs) are marked up like this. http://www.helicopters.com.au/
