oh i think that antenna looks like a fantastic install. i think the guy who put it there should get a pat on the back :D

Its even got one of those cool reverse camera monitors in the rear vision mirror to make it easy. and apparently will do about 160km.. but doesnt stop too well :)

From memory it is Left hand drive. been a while.
bit hard to conceal things in there as they dont have much interior. and couldnt cover up the cup holders.. and that was an order!

Should you get a parking fine if your vehicle is too big to fit into parking spaces?

Yes I am afraid so... Its your own responsbility... People dont get it parking campervans in a car bay [overhangs the footpath and the main street] still wondering why they get a ticket #-o

Last I heard, the Maylands complex.

Looks more like a SWAT/TRG thing rather than a Rescue vehicle

It is a TRG vehicle, but i would think the TRG are also able to do rescues (such as vertical).

I don't see this vehicle being used for a Vertical rescue...except if they put it at the top of a cliff, and I doubt they'd be able to handle more than a 1 on 1 rescue, if they can do it. The idea of the vehicle being bullet proof etc. would be for getting close in hostile situations that way if shots are fired the officers inside are protected.

The police rescue vehicle is used to rescue people from hostile environments. the verticle rescues are left in the hand of the Fire & Rescue Service last time i checked....
This is the last vehicle I would expect to see at a vertical rescue.

Correct, and even then FRS are only called if it's a structural rescue, if it's cliffs and quarries then it will be SES called. TRG however will more than likely know how to abseil and may also be able to do a 1 on 1 rescue incase one of their team gets into difficulty. Certainly wouldn't be the primary call out team for a Vertical rescue and neither would the vehicle. Except as a good anchor!
