Why is that silver car so close in the 2 pics?
is it a police car or some shoppers car that never moved? looks awfully close.

I would hazard a guess that someone is utilising the empty parking space for a couple of hours while they go do something else. The probably parked in front of a perfectly good shopping centre and got the shock of their life when they rocked back up and found a levelled shopping centre.
