secure force are employed by transperth to provide security etc. at most bus stations and park and rides. One company also employ secure force to provide a patrol vehicle each day that patrols known hot spots and responds to driver assistance. They can and have issued parking fines but they do not do rbt's. That is individual company's responsibility.

AFAIK Parking fines issued by private companies are unenforceable. (Doesn't stop them from trying, though...)

I was told secure force were issuing fines but it might have been PTA itself. Southern Coast and Path nearly went on strike over it but there was a meeting with one of Alannah's people and all the fines were made into warnings only this time.

Hence the introduction of 'clamping'.

Clamping fee is about $120 but did see someone try to remove the clamp at harvey norman citywest one night, very ruthless as soon as your over the 2hr limit bang on it goes.

in regards to this 'company'

the owner is a wannabe police officer/ (wanker) just look at his so called resume, it screams of (I sign up for any course that has FBI or swat in it).

(note that this is my view and not reflecting this forum).

The reason he hasn't been done is becuase he has friends within the police force high up.

alls I can say is tryhard wannabe x1000. to the max

You mean they are contracted by the PTA to provide security on the PTA Bus Network. Just like Chubb is contracted to provide Security at the airports etc. They are not Government Officers.
