Highway Patrol bikes have their own callsigns marked up on them, normal Police bikes dont.

I'm thinking he was wondering why they don't mark the normal bikes... They still have callsigns don't they?

Yeah normal Police Bikes still have call signs, just that the call signs are not visable on the bikes
