how many people do you put in the back with the casulty, or are the different chairs for treating different things??

Um here we go out with 3 people, so there's 2 attendants. Sometimes we can have a sitting casualty if it isnt too serious, or 2 casualties, one walking and one on the stretcher again if it's urgent. Much easier, and also safer to have a back-up crew anyway.

hmmm yeah I suppose not all casualties would be that critical the have to be strapped to a stretcher.

People that are walking we usually get to sit, depends on there comfort really... Gotta remember one of the parts in the 5 point plan is Oxygen, Position and Re-assurance.
