As far as I can figure out. If you purchase the card from Mod shop and register with optus they will hook you up with access to the local channels for the area you live. So you'll need to find some-one who lives in Rural queensland to use their address to register.

You maybe able to find a hacked card but how long you'll be able to use it before its locked out I don't know.
