Any idea how much I'd be able to get for an old 23 channel? Not sure of the brand.

Depends on the brand and model No. Some of the old cybernet (PLL02) rigs are still popular with CBers and Amateurs as the can be easily modified for legal amateur use (and illegal freeband cb)
