Antenna/s Wanted to buy

Hi All, ... I am chasing suitable antennas for mobile and base use.. to suit an ICOM IC-R1500 scanning from 0.100000 to 3000.000 .. (an array maybe ??)

agree i'm using 2 diamond discone's with 20db pre-amp hooked up to my uniden UBC996T.On good days i can pick up perth police.(300 km's away from me)

Thanks ... Being new to actually using a scanner for its BEST performance potential, and not just being a listener ..("SandBagger" I think from the old 27mhz days..) .. I am probably going to P*ss off a few members here by annoying them for help/assistance, technical advice, (already started, see General Forum, Help with ICOM-R1500)

So.. If I do get to where I am a nuisance to ANYONE, PLEASE, Tell Me So !!..

P.S. Sorry I should have maybe been more specific in my post, ...If anyone has antenna's suitable for sale, please contact me
