I have a GME TX4200 here. Used, but it has a replacement Mic and has been recently serviced by a professional technician.Bigfella78 wrote:Hey Guys,

What else is needed to get that up and running?
An antenna and if it's going to be used as a home-base, a 13.8V power supply.

Unless it is a regulated supply capable of at least 2A (make it 3 for good measure) I wouldn't. If you don't, a) you won't be able to transmit with it and b) it might cause interference. Go for a Jaycar supply like GH1379 (12VDC 5A DC OUTPUT - REGULATED and only $29.95) which should do the job.jmmw wrote:13.8V power supply like one of those adjustable voltage transformer blocks from DSE?
What sort of plug is it?
