WANTED: Handheld CB radio AT LEAST 10KM RANGE

ok so i am looking for a decent- ranged handheld CB radio (at least 10km+) and i have only $57.51 to spend, it must preferably be in Australia, and even someone on this site could sell it to me, if possible, respond before the end of this week :)

You wont get a hand held (regardless of your budget) that will do 10km without thousands of dollars worth of infrastructure in the form of a repeater.
