Recommendation - 4x4 CB with built in scanner fuction

Gday Crew,
I am currently looking for a CB that has a build in user programmable scanner function.
I have been looking at the old Uniden 013 ($180 on eBay) with the remote head, however I am open to suggestions.
I ohave only allowed a have a budget of 2-300 give or take.
