Problem is that CB repeater owners are competing with every other Tom, Dick and Harry non profit and community broadcaster for space on those towers.

Can't license without a site, but there are some people I think who are looking.

Its also a problem to licence repeater stations as per the ACMA guidleines you cant license a repeater station within a certain range of another one irrespective of the channel its on.
