New CB Repeater in Cataby

Hi all,

I just thought that some of you may be interested. There is a new CB repeater that has been installed in Cataby, about 170km north of Perth. It operates on Channel 1. It seems to be very quiet, I don't know if it was purposely installed for some truckies in the area to use or not, but it's on a public CB channel, so technically it can be used by anyone.

I can usually pick it up about 30km south of Cataby, not sure how far it covers on the northern side, but it seems to have quite a good range.

Cheers
Bonez

Hey Bonez.

Do you happen to know it's ident?

Interesting that they'd pick channel 1 considering the Wanneroo repeater on the same channel.
