Few install questions.

hey peoples, i used to have my icom set up on a power supply and the antenna was cheaply mounted on eaves, i could hit ch 1 and perth repeater, anyway the fuse in the power supply blew, and i want to get the radio put in my car, i have the coax the radio and everything needed to get it installed except for the mount. i have a few questions!
1. where can i take it to get installed im just not up to trying to install it myself. where would be best/cheepest
2. where do i put it. http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=6bmtiyc
as you can see from the pic of my car there is a little slot underneath my headunit, now im pretty sure its not big enough to fit the radio in but my friend is a panel beater and said that you can cut out the back so it will fit in nicely. other then that i don't have anywhere i can put it where it can be easily accessible. and im not too keen on putting it on the kick panel's so it looks like that where it has to go, stupid question really.
3. my antenna, now obviously this will be mounted on the outside of the car, whats to stop some crackhead coming and screwing it off?
or if you screw it on tight enough with a spanner will be virtually impossible to screw off by hand.
