I think you're on the right track, it sounds like voice inversion to me. They take all the audio frequencies below a certain spot frequency and exchange them with all the ones above it. Apart from messing around with an audio editor I don't know of any easy way of decoding it. Have funslipknot wrote:I recorded a sample of some people using scramble cb radios.
