I think you're on the right track, it sounds like voice inversion to me. They take all the audio frequencies below a certain spot frequency and exchange them with all the ones above it. Apart from messing around with an audio editor I don't know of any easy way of decoding it. Have fun

From What I Can Gather They Are Talking About Some Plans In Relation To Something Called A "Death Star" These Plans Are Located in Something Called An R2 Unit? Weird Conversation But Thats The Crux Of It There Slipknot
