UHF CB ch70 simplex repeater?

Gday all,
Tails after transmission on UHF CB channel 70 this arvo around 6:20pm. Didn't hear any ident, just the tails.
Saw a thread here about something similar being heard on ch18, but that system isn't active anymore.
It's around 8pm now and not getting tails anymore.
Wondering if any of you know anything about it.
