Best to contact the training schools directly but they will only give you a ball park figure as it is directly proportional to the number of hours that you need in the air to get you to the standard required.

Last quote I got was between $13000 and $15000 for a full PPL, as for the AT802, well that is type endorsement and also you need a ag licence from what I believe.
