Was incidentally at the airport tonight, there was a Sri Lankan Airways plane at the terminal, as well as a few police bikes waiting on Horrie Miller.

I was watching air traffic on my airnav radarbox tonight and saw a Nigerian Goverment Aircraft flying in and the one mentioned above.

I noticed the other day that there is construction going on at the runway 03 mound, so it looks like WAC is going to come through with its spotter hut.

They can't be that concerned. I was watching REGAL1 flying in from Melbourne via planefinder.net on Thursday broadcasting ADS-B. There may be a delay in showing via the web page but not by much. Several times I have seen planes flying over or near my home on planefinder and going outside they are visible.

Yes its due to be complete this week but will be closed during CHOGM, its also going to be closed at night to reduce vandalism.
