Does anybody have any idea about the chopper circling Waterman's Bay tonight around 2215? I'm pretty sure it would've been military, flying with a very bright spotlight...It circled four or five times then flew North towards Hillary's then circled back around South-east, until I lost sight.

Saw a Seahawk land at YPPH yesterday at 1600

I was on the other side of the airport, didn't see why etc - but landed outside International (Near Bay 50 i think... not familiar with the international side :P)

Coming up in November:

John Travolta's flying in his 707 for Telethon.

It's been a a while since we've had a 707, and it could be a while before one comes again. Great plane, especially in the old QANTAS colours.

Also... supposedly he's part of the opening stuff. If telethon is Saturday/Sunday, how can he be there at the opening if he arrives towards the end of telethon?
