ATC humour

Heard just the other day on Perth Radar 135.25 a young pilot obviously flying in close proximity to a friend and believing he was still on the air to air chat channel 123.45 exclaimed "Dude , where are you ?..i cant see you?"... The answer came a second later when a rather dry sounding ATC on 135.25 returned with " (callsign) your nearest traffic is a cessna 1 mile at your 9 oclock , no DUDE traffic indicated or observed...frequency change approved"

lol that was very well worded by the ATC

Probably put a bit of a spark into his somewhat stressful day as well...
