A helicopter was following a China Southern Grob along a runway and taxi-ways this morning at Jandakot. Most likely was doing some filming.

Polair 61 is currently in the helicopter training area at Jandakot. They appear to be doing hovering / sling operation training.

Any know what it was doing?

Are you sure? Not to question your judgement, but there isnt any PC-3's in or around Perth that I know of and did check with an AirForce mate of mine.

According to Wikipedia (just because it is always reliable) the RAAF have 18 AP-3C and 1 P-3C...

I really should have made my post easier to understand then Nafenn. From the current sources is that there is no PC-3 at Perth, or even visiting at the moment that we are aware.
