a 737 Landing in Jandakot???

There is a Rumour going around jandakot airport at thje moment that a Boeing 737 is coming into Jandakot for Swan Tafe (a former OzJet one)

will keep you guys informed if i see anything - supposedly coming in next week, monday or tuesday

yeah, I've heard it too.

My version: B737 being flown in next week to be used as a training simulator ( :shock: ) for an aero club (NOT ROYAL AERO CLUB).

Also, it's apparently going to stay there.
To stop displaying signatures, go to the User Control Panel > Board Preferences > Edit display options > Display signatures > No > Submit

maybe with just enough fuel to get them to Perth, and a really light flight crew!

Could be this weekend.
Still not sure if its the ex Ozjet VH-OBN, or a QF 733.

Now you all know why I needed a photographer earlier...

The plane is going in and never coming back out its not a QF 733

Considering hiding a 737 at jandakot is impossible, and there has been nil word around the airport... it hasn't happened yet.

In true aviation style, noone knows when its happening, we just know that at some point it is *rolls eyes*

All 3 Ozjet 732's were still at Perth Airport Yesterday.

It is ex VH-OBN, it will be going into the ex Panama Jacks hangar, which TAFE purchased a while ago. It will be a instructional airframe for training engineers. When it happens is anyones guess. For those who don't know its next to the Fugro hangar, and the tail will be sticking outside of the hanger as its not high enough to house a 737's tail.
