Ive just rolled in from work at 0230 1 hour later than i should have been home, because TWR wont let us tow air craft in this

METAR TTF SPECI YPPH 301800Z 01005KT 0400 FG VV/// 10/10 Q1018
RMK RF00.0/004.4 WBD 0.2 CHECK ATIS FOR CURRENT RWY VIS
NOSIG

ATIS ATIS YPPH J 301821
APCH: EXPECT ILS APCH
RWY: 21
SFC COND: WET
OPR INFO: LOW VIS PROCEDURES IN PROGRESS.
DEP FREQ 118.7
WND: VARIABLE
+ RVR: RWY VISIBILITY RWY 21 TDZ 660 M, MID POINT 720 M,
RWY END POINT NOT REPORTED AT TIME 1819
WX: FG
CLD: FEW002 SCT025
TMP: 10
QNH: 1018

Eventually we got to tow across from Domestic to International under escort, and as we arrived at international, we still could not see the Tower, nor could we see the White and Green light on the roof, But a Tiger airways aircraft landed on 21 with the above METAR and ATIS, MNM on 21 is 250FT AMSL

Not in the Port of Fremantle, just west of the entrance of the Port.

Both Carrier and other fleet here for 5 days.

Correction to what I said - as per Channel 10 news just a moment ago - the Carrier is anchored just out of Fremantle Port whilst the USS Cowpens(spelling?) - Missile Destroyer is docked where the E-Shed Markets are.

VH-KTV, a Cessna 172 is doing low level work, seen tracking westbound along Roe Hwy and orbiting near Kenwick Link. May be able to hear them on 118.700 or 123.600
