Terminal frequencies

Does anyone know any frequencies they use in the domestic or international terminal eg: customs officers

Ok so I went to the international airport with the ubc93xlt and had close call on and got these

407.2125
509.725
456.850
820.4875
821.4875
822.4875
823.4875
824.4875
825.4875

There on simplex so you actually have to be in the airport to recieve them

Customs and AQIS I think have gone digital or are still analogue and using Privacy Plus on the Airport Trunk.
I don't think I've heard them eve.

Emergancy services and fire tenders use 500.050 P-25 digital.I think there call Australian Air Services.

Emergency Services are also on 131.0Mhz (See here: http://www.airservicesaustralia.com/pub ... n-2009.pdf - 2nd Page, about half way down)

Could'nt get anything on 131.00mhz.Got heaps of transmission on 500.050.May be they have gone over to digital?

131.0 is for emergency communication between aircraft and emergency services... Not to mention, its on the air band, they can't go digital unless all aircraft are installed with digital radio, which would take years, and there is no need for it

Thanks for that.500.050 seems to be on ground only.I havent heard any to air comms.

Yes sparticus.Its a digital channel P-25.Its one of 2 digital channels i have picked up in Perth in the last 12 months.Its from Air Services Australia.They do the fire tenders and emergancy svcs at Aus air ports.They are very active.The other was police new years channel at gloster park.

I think you will find that the following is more likely the case.

407.2125 Tx - 416.6625 Rx - Biscom MPT1327 Trunked Radio - Voice Channel
509.725 - Simplex - South African Airways
456.850 Tx - 466.3500 Rx - Toll Dnata Airport Services
820.4875 Tx - 865.4875 Rx - Memo Communications Trunked Radio
821.4875 Tx - 866.4875 Rx - Memo Communications Trunked Radio
822.4875 Tx - 867.4875 Rx - Memo Communications Trunked Radio
823.4875 Tx - 868.4875 Rx - Memo Communications Trunked Radio
824.4875 Tx - 869.4875 Rx - Memo Communications Trunked Radio

The above Tx/Rx are for the Portables.
Obviously you would program in the Rx frequencies to listen to the Repeaters.
