the voice for the ATIS at jandakot changes every day :P

Damn, you beat me to it. I noticed this yesterday and kept meaning to post but didn't end up doing it.

Is it just me or does your mp3 recording cut out about every half a second?

I live pretty much 2km from the airport, clear line of sight so I might make my own recording later and post it up here :)

I prefer the old guy. Mr Aussie is a statement to let the international pilots know that they have entered Australia. :lol:

To stop displaying signatures, go to the User Control Panel > Board Preferences > Edit display options > Display signatures > No > Submit

The Jandakot ATIS can also be reached by phone: 9476 8755

Here's my recording - sorry, it's not much better due to the fact that I broke my SO-239 > BNC connector yesterday and I'm completely restricted to using the ruber ducky antenna on the scanner rather than the good one I have up on the roof!

Yeh - sure - nice one - makes me laugh ... :roll:

Is that why ASA keep issuing TIBA notams ??!!??

TIBA and ASA - really thinking about pilots :twisted: let alone the punters on board - who have no idea what TIBA is - or when flying thru TIBA !!!
